February 12 - End of submission of abstracts (600 words + 3 keywords)

April 10 - Notification of the scientific committee's decision

April 10 - Opening of the registration

until May 30 : Deadline for registration at a reduced rate

June 12 - Deadline for the submission of papers

from May 31 to July 1st : 250 € 

PhD students, post-docs and researchers from low-income countries : 50 €

Gala Dinner : 60 €
